For our clients to better understand the quality of our homes
and the process in which they are built, we have compiled a
list of home amenities and a 7-step construction process. Our
list of home amenities cover many of the standard features included
in every Schrickel home and also list some of the optional features
that our clients enjoy incorporating into their new home.
The
7-step process was created so that our clients are well informed
from the beginning about how we work with them to build their
new home. From our first meeting to discuss the homebuilding
process and through the continued warranty service after you
are settled into your new home, the 7-step process assures
that every Schrickel Home is built to our highest standards
and our client's satisfaction.
